The App is designed to work primarily on your device. We do not collect or store your personal data on our servers. Specifically:

• Prompts & Images: Prompts and images you process are transmitted only as necessary to perform inference with third-party AI providers. They are not stored by us.
• Inference Results: We do not store inference results. Results are written directly to your files on your device.
• Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, Google, or another supported provider, we receive a unique identifier from that provider. This is used only to confirm your account and manage your credit balance. We do not collect your password or access other information from your provider.
• Local Data: The App may keep local logs or a local database on your device to track sessions and app behavior. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to share it (e.g. for support).

2. How We Use Information

We use information only to provide the App’s functionality:

• Processing your prompts and images through third-party AI services.
• Validating prompts online (at no cost) to prevent malicious or abusive uses.
• Verifying your account and credit balance.
• Optional user-submitted logs to help diagnose crashes or bugs.

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or analytics.

3. Third-Party Services

The App relies on external AI service providers to perform inference. Prompts and images are sent to these providers solely for the purpose of processing your requests. These providers may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

Sign-in is handled by Apple, Google, or other supported providers. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, except as necessary to:

• Perform inference through external providers, or
• Comply with applicable laws or legal processes.

5. Your Choices

• Local Control: All session data and logs remain on your device unless you explicitly choose to share them.
• Opt-In Support: If you submit logs for support, we will use them only to troubleshoot the issue you reported.

6. Data Retention

We do not retain prompts, images, inference results, or account data on our servers. Any logs or session data remain local to your device.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data during transmission to inference providers. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
